Turkey Gazettes Presidential Decision Extending VAT Exemption for Construction in Manufacturing, Tourism Sections

The Turkish Official Gazette May 1 published Presidential Decision No. 9770, extending the VAT exemption for deliveries of goods and services related to construction within the scope of a taxpayer’s investment incentive certificate, for the manufacturing and tourism sectors.
