The Turkish Ministry of Labor and Social Security Dec. 23, 2025, announced increases to the net and gross monthly minimum wage rates for 2026. The announcement includes increases to: 1) 28,075.50 Turkish lira (US$652.01), from 22,104 lira (US$513.33) in the net monthly minimum wage rate; and 2) 33,030.00 lira (US$767.11), from 26,005.50 lira (US$603.83) in the gross monthly minimum wage rate.
