The U.K. is ceasing tax cooperation with Russia and Belarus following the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
Her Majesty’s Treasury will no longer exchange taxpayer information with the two countries’ tax authorities. It will also no longer share country-by-country reports with Russia. Belarus is not signed up to CbCR. Large multinationals are required to provide on a jurisdictional basis their taxes due and paid in these reports. The information is shared automatically among participating countries.
