UK Authority Confirms OECD Tackling More Transfer Pricing Issues

Work to limit wider transfer pricing disputes has restarted at the OECD after delays due to the global tax deal, an official at the UK tax office said Thursday.

The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development is working on clarifying Article 9 of the OECD’s Model Tax Convention concerning transfer pricing between associated enterprises, according to Dominic Vines, competent authority at the UK tax office and co-chair of the transfer pricing workstream at the OECD.
