The UK tax office faces more criticism from professional groups for poor service after it released its latest performance report this week.
Major tax and accounting groups highlighted that His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs annual report, published Monday, shows that poor service is undermining the office’s ability to deliver on legal requirements under the UK Finance Act 2009.
