Ukraine Parliament Considers Bill to Exempt Property Taxes for Damages Due to War

The Ukrainian Parliament (Verkhovna Rada) Aug. 3 accepted for consideration Bill No. 7632 to exempt the calculation and payment of property tax for damaged real property, other than land. The exemption is valid for 2022 and up to three years from the date of the termination of martial law due to the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict. The exemption will be provided from the month of the property damage. [Ukraine, Verkhovna Rada, 08/03/22]
