Ukraine Parliament Considers Tax Bill to Aid Nonprofits, Volunteers Due to War

The Ukrainian Parliament (Verkhovna Rada) Sept. 13 accepted for consideration Bill No. 10040, to ease the tax burden of nonprofit organizations and their volunteers providing support during marital law, due to the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict.
