The Ukrainian State Fiscal Service Feb. 23 announced that excise taxpayers must submit the updated excise tax return, from March 1. The announcement also includes that first reporting using the updated form is due March 20, for February 2026. [Ukraine, State Fiscal Service, 02/23/26]
