Ukraine Tax Authority Clarifies Individual Income Tax Electronic Filing Procedure, Deadline

The Ukrainian State Fiscal Service June 6 clarified voluntary electronic filing procedures for individual income taxpayers for 2019. Taxpayers can submit property and income tax returns until Dec. 31, either: 1) in person; 2) electronically; or 3) by registered mail. Taxpayers must claim individual deductions by the end of the tax year following the reporting year, or else forfeit the right to claim those deductions in subsequent years.
