United Arab Emirates MOF Issues Ministerial Decision Amending E-Invoicing Service Provider Accreditation Procedures, Eligibility Criteria

The Emirati Ministry of Finance May 10 posted online, in English, Ministerial Decision No. 56/2026, amending Ministerial Decision No. 64/2025 on e-invoicing service provider accreditation procedures and eligibility criteria. A ministry announcement accompanying the decision announced a deadline extension, to Oct. 30 from July 31, for businesses with annual revenue of at least 50 million Emirati dirhams (US$13.6 million) to appoint an Accredited Service Provider.
