The Uruguayan Official Gazette Feb. 5 published Decree No. 26/025, setting the 2025 thresholds for the optional simplified liquidation regime and the exclusion of withholdings for individual income tax (IRPF) taxpayers. The decree includes measures setting: 1) the annual threshold at 784,800 Uruguayan pesos (US$18,046); and 2) the monthly threshold at 65,400 pesos (US$1,504). [Uruguay, Official Gazette, 02/05/25]
