Uruguay Tax Agency Issues Resolution on Penalties Regarding Late, Missing Audit Reports for Large Taxpayers

The Uruguayan General Directorate of Taxation Jan. 15 issued Resolution No. 98/026, on penalties regarding the late submission or non-submission of audit reports by taxpayers included in the Large Taxpayers Division for income tax on economic activities and net worth tax.
