West Virginia Expands Disabled Veteran Income Tax Credit for Property Taxes to Widowed Spouse

The West Virginia Governor signed a law expanding the individual income tax credit for ad valorem property taxes paid on a homestead by a disabled veteran eligible for the credit to their eligible widowed spouse. The law takes effect on July 11. [H.B. 2121, enacted 04/28/25]
