Windfall Tax Would Deter North Sea Investment: U.K. Spokesman

Oil and gas still have a “key role” to play in the U.K. energy mix as the country moves to net zero emissions by 2050, Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s spokesman, Max Blain, tells reporters in London on Monday.
