Alabama DOR Adopts Amendments to Rule Concerning Withholding Tax Information

The Alabama Department of Revenue (DOR) Feb. 4 adopted the amendments to the rule concerning the annual returns of withholding tax information. The regulation provides that withholding agents who paid Alabama wages of $1,500 or withheld Alabama income tax must file the wage and tax information electronically with the Department of Revenue.
