Alabama DOR Amends Excise Tax Rule on Disposition Procedures for Confiscated Tobacco Products

The Alabama Department of Revenue (DOR) adopted an amendment to the regulation on procedures for the disposition of confiscated tobacco products for excise tax purposes.
