Alabama DOR Releases Income Tax Form 65, Partnership, Limited Liability Company Return of Income

The Alabama Department of Revenue Jan. 1 released Form 65, Partnership/Limited Liability Company Return of Income, for individual income and trust income tax purposes. The tax form is used to report the income of partnerships or limited liability companies. The form includes: 1) schedule A for information on non-separately stated reconciliation adjustments; 2) schedule B for information on allocation of nonbusiness income, loss, and expense; 3) schedule C, the apportionment factor schedule; 4) schedule D for information on full ownership; and 5) schedule E for other information.
