Angola Tax Agency Announces Filing, Payment Deadline Extension for February 2026 VAT

The Angolan General Tax Administration April 17 announced the deadline extension, to April 30 from April 15, to file periodic VAT declarations and pay the tax for February 2026, for taxpayers under the general regime. The announcement includes that: 1) penalties won’t be imposed if the obligations are fulfilled by the extended deadline; and 2) taxpayers must comply with the obligations electronically through the Taxpayer Portal.
