Arizona Extends TPT Deduction, Use Tax Exemption for Certain Healthy Forest Equipment Purchases

The Arizona Governor signed a law concerning the transaction privilege tax (TPT). The law includes extending the transaction privilege tax deduction and use tax exemption for qualifying equipment purchased by a certified healthy forest enterprise until Dec. 31, 2028.
