Arkansas Consolidates Certain Annual Tobacco Products Privilege Fee Permits

The Arkansas Governor signed a law consolidating certain permits and annual privilege fees under the Arkansas Tobacco Products Tax Act of 1977. The law includes: 1) consolidating the Manufacturer Cigarette Only Permit, the Manufacturer Vapor Product and E-liquid Product Only Permit, and the Manufacturer Tobacco Products Only Permit, into a single Manufacturer Tobacco Products, Vapor Products, Alternative Nicotine Products, or E-liquid Products Only Permit with an annual privilege fee of $500; and 2) repealing the Vapor Product and E-liquid Product Exclusive Permit for manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers.
