The Arkansas Governor April 15 signed a law concerning driver’s license reinstatement fees for individual income tax purposes. The law includes a measure establishing that upon notice to a taxpayer of certification of the intent to intercept the taxpayer’s state income tax refund, the outstanding fees shall be set off against a taxpayer’s tax refund.
