Arkansas Governor Signs Law Expanding Sales and Use Tax Exemption for School Instructional Material

The Arkansas Governor signed a law providing a sales and use tax exemption for the lease of instructional materials by: 1) Arkansas public school districts or Arkansas public schools; or 2) the State of Arkansas for free distribution to Arkansas public school districts or Arkansas public schools.
