California CDTFA Approved Publication of Cannabis Excise, Cultivation Taxes Rule

The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) June 12 announced the approved publication of a regulation on cannabis excise and cultivation taxes. The CDTFA now begins the formal rulemaking process to amend and permanently adopt Regulation 3700, Cannabis Excise and Cultivation Taxes. The formal issue paper contains the text of the proposed rulemaking along with comments from concerned parties.
