California CDTFA Issues Special Notice on Hazardous Waste Facility Fee Due Dates, Rates

The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) issued a special notice reminding businesses of important due dates and new rates for the hazardous waste facility fee for the 2024-25 fiscal year. A prepayment of 50 percent was due on Dec. 2, 2024, for the fiscal year, and the final 50 percent payment is due Feb. 28, 2025.
