California CDTFA Releases District Sales and Use Tax Return Form CDTFA-401-A, Instructions, Schedule CDTFA-531-A2

The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) Nov. 1 released Form CDTFA-401-A, State, Local, and District Sales and Use Tax Return, Form CDTFA-401-A instructions, and Schedule CDTFA-531-A2, Computation Schedule for District Tax, with instructions. The instructions include information on completing the form and computing the tax. The CDTFA also provided examples of reporting transactions by location and under fixed-price contracts. [Cal.
