The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) Jan. 1 released Form CDTFA-345-WEB, Notice of Business Change, for sales and use and excise tax purposes. Taxpayers can make changes to their business online by using the CDTFA’s online services. Taxpayers must complete the applicable sections of the form and mail it to the CDTFA. [Cal.
