California CDTFA Releases Form CDTFA-504-C, Statement Concerning Property Purchased Without Payment of California Sales Tax

The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) Dec. 1, 2023 released Form CDTFA-504-C, Statement Concerning Property Purchased Without Payment of California Sales Tax, for sales and use tax purposes. The form consists of a table for adding details of the seller from whom taxpayers purchased items without paying the sales tax.
