California CTCAC Adopts Amendments to Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Regulations

The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC) adopted amendments to regulations governing federal and state low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC). This action adopts, amends, and repeals various sections of the regulations, making permanent the emergency regulations previously filed, with additional amendments.
