The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC) adopted State Historic Rehabilitation Income Tax Credit regulations. The rules define the requirements and process for applying for State Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits for rehabilitating a certified historic structure or a qualified historic residence.
