The California Franchise Tax Board Dec. 1 released 2019 Schedule S, Other State Tax Credit, for individual income tax purposes. The form contains parts for listing double-taxed income and for figuring the other state tax credit. The schedule must be attached to Form 540, 540NR, or 541. [Cal.
