The California Franchise Tax Board June 1 released Form FTB 3536, Estimated Fee for LLCs, along with instructions, for individual income tax purposes. The limited liability company (LLC) must estimate the fee it will owe for the taxable year and must make an estimated fee payment by the 15th day of the 6th month of the current taxable year. Taxpayers need not file this form if no payment is due or if they paid electronically.
