The California Franchise Tax Board Dec. 1 released Form 3832, Limited Liability Company Nonresident Members’ Consent, for individual income tax purposes. The form can be used by limited liability companies (LLC) with one or more nonresident members. The form requires the signature of each member who consents to the state’s jurisdiction to tax the member’s distributive share of the LLC income attributable to California sources.
