California FTB Releases Form 5806 for Underpayment of Estimated Tax by Corporations

The California Franchise Tax Board (FTB) Dec. 1 released form 5806 for underpayment of estimated tax by corporations for corporate income tax purposes. The FTB included instructions for completing the form. The form includes sections to figure the underpayment and penalty, and to determine whether there are any exceptions to the penalty. [Cal.
