California FTB Releases Income Tax Form 592-V, Payment Voucher for Resident, Nonresident Withholding, With Instructions

The California Franchise Tax Board (FTB) June 1 released instructions on Form 592-V, Payment Voucher for Resident or Nonresident Withholding, with instructions, for individual income and corporate income tax purposes. The form is used to remit withholding payments reported on Form 592, Resident and Nonresident Withholding Statement, to the FTB. The instructions include information on: 1) withholding payment deadlines for tax year 2023; 2) interest and penalties for late payments; and 3) general instruction for completing the form.
