California FTB Releases Income Tax Form FTB 1052A PC, Electronic Wage Garnishment Agreement

The California Franchise Tax Board (FTB) Feb. 1 released Form FTB 1052A PC, Electronic Wage Garnishment Agreement, with instructions, for corporate income and individual income tax purposes.
