California Issues Form 3551 for Reporting Sale of Credits Attributable to Independent Films

The California Franchise Tax Board (FTB) issued Form 3551, Sale of Credit Attributable to an Independent Film. A qualified taxpayer must use the form to report the sale of an individual income or corporate income tax credit attributable to an independent film. The form may be mailed to Independent Film Tax Credit MS F350, FTB, P.O. Box 1779, Rancho Cordova, CA 95741-1779; or faxed to (916) 855-5666. [Cal.
