Bloomberg Industry Group Inc. is asking a judge in Chicago to force the city to disclose the amount of amusement back taxes it forgave for Apple Inc. as part of a settlement.
The lawsuit, filed Wednesday at the Circuit Court of Cook County, is based on the Freedom of Information Act. It said the city has declined to release records about the back taxes, saying the records were exempt from open-record laws.
