Colorado DOR Adopts Regulation Establishing Criteria for Horseless Carriage Registration Application, Fees, Appeals Process

The Colorado Department of Revenue (DOR) Dec. 13 adopted a regulation establishing the criteria for the application for a horseless carriage registration.
