Colorado DOR Proposes Income Tax Rule Concerning Electric Bicycle Tax Credit

The Colorado Department of Revenue (DOR) March 27 proposed a rule concerning electric bicycle tax credit for income tax purposes. The proposed rule provides that a qualified retailer is allowed a credit for each qualifying sale made during the qualified retailer’s income tax year to a qualified purchaser. [Colo.
