The Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade March 25 issued a press release introducing the Rural Jump-Start grant program, which it states replaces the original grant program, and eligible participating businesses are now eligible for relief from state income tax, sales and use tax, county personal property tax, and municipal personal property tax.
