Colorado Extends Job Growth Tax Credit Program

The Colorado Governor signed a law extending the Colorado Job Growth Incentive Tax Credit program. The extension makes credits available for income tax years through Dec. 31, 2034, with annual reporting requirements extended through Sept. 1, 2042. The legislation takes effect Aug. 12, unless subject to referendum petition and November 2026 election approval. [H.B. 1014, enacted 06/01/26]
