The Colorado Governor May 23 signed a law to include fertilizer and spray adjuvants used for agricultural purposes as wholesale sale products and exempting them from sales and use tax. The law also includes a measure removing greenhouses, hydroponic facilities, and nurseries from the definition of specialty fertilizers exempt from sales tax.
