The Colorado Governor signed a law concerning ballot title language. The law includes: 1) providing that, for certain initiatives that reduce state tax revenue or local district property tax revenue, the ballot title must include language substantially similar to certain specified language that may appear anywhere in the ballot title; and 2) providing that, for certain initiatives that increase tax revenue for any district, the ballot title must include language substantially similar to certain specified language that may appear anywhere after certain specified language.
