Colorado Repeals Military Member Affidavit Requirement for Certain Vehicle Tax Rate, Fee Exemption

The Colorado Governor signed a law that includes repealing the requirement that a member of the United States armed forces, serving outside the United States, sign an affidavit to qualify for certain tax rates and fee exemptions applicable to motor vehicles.
