A feed manufacturer should be allowed to exempt its customized overhead grain bins from property taxes, but not its stand-alone corn silos, the Supreme Court of Iowa ruled.
The court reversed a decision of the Court of Appeals in part and remanded the case back to the District Court of Emmet County, according to the April 30 opinion of the Supreme Court.
