The Delaware Division of Revenue (DOR) Nov. 18 issued electronic filing requirements for businesses for corporate income, individual income, and excise tax purposes. The DOR provides: 1) business tax returns, gross receipts tax, excise tax, and withholding tax forms must be filed and paid online, beginning January 2021; 2) a new taxpayer portal will launch soon, allowing businesses and individuals to file and pay taxes electronically, review account financials, set up payment plans, or apply for business licenses; 3) due dates for filing returns and payments remain unchanged, and penalties and interest on underpayments are calculated accordingly; and 4) taxpayers ...
