The Delaware Division of Revenue Jan. 7 issued the tax period ending and due dates list for 2021 eighth-monthly, monthly, and quarterly withholding filers. Taxpayers must initiate transactions at least one day prior to the due date to ensure the return is timely filed. Taxpayers must use the correct tax type code as the use of an incorrect code results in posting problems or erroneous assessments for corporate income and individual income tax purposes. [Del. Div. of Revenue, Withholding Tax Due Dates for Calendar Year 2021, 01/07/21]
