European Union Gazettes EC Decisions Approving Conclusion of Protocols to AEOI-CRS Agreements With Various Countries

The European Union Official Gazette Dec. 5 published European Council (EC) Decision Nos. 2025/2394, 2025/2399, 2025/2413, 2025/2430, and 2025/2438, approving the conclusion of protocols to agreements with various countries on the automatic exchange of information (AEOI) on financial accounts under the OECD’s common reporting standard (CRS).
