Florida DOR Adopts Amended Rule on Public Use Forms for Tax Refunds

The Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) adopted amendments to the rule governing public use forms for processing refunds. The regulation incorporates by reference various forms, including applications for refunds of sales and use tax, and provides multiple methods for obtaining these forms at no cost, such as downloading from the DOR website or contacting the department directly.
