The Florida Department of Revenue Nov. 14 issued information on adjusted fuel excise and sales and use tax rates, beginning Jan. 1, 2024. Florida law mandates annual adjustments to the state fuel and the State Comprehensive Enhanced Transportation System (SCETS) taxes, based on the National Consumer Price Index.
